SOTIO Biotech is a Prague-based clinical-stage oncology company owned by PPF Group, developing next-generation antibody-drug conjugates and cancer immunotherapies. The FDA granted Fast Track designation this week to its lead ADC, SOT109, which targets CDH17, a protein found in over 90% of colorectal cancers, ahead of a planned Phase 1/2 trial in the third quarter of 2026.
