Quobly is a Grenoble-based quantum-computing company, one of five backed under France's PROQCIMA programme. It builds silicon spin-qubit processors on FD-SOI 300mm wafers, the same fabrication format as conventional chips, betting that manufacturing maturity beats raw qubit count. In June 2026 it closed a €115 million Series A led by Bpifrance and STMicroelectronics, and agreed with OVHcloud to host its processor on a sovereign public cloud by end of 2026, ahead of physical rack integration in 2027. In July 2026 it signed a $5 million deal with SEALSQ to build post-quantum cryptography into its Alloy Pioneer processor, its first commercial security agreement.
