Pasqal is a French quantum-computing company building neutral-atom processors, one of five hardware bets France backs under its €500 million PROQCIMA programme. It went public on Nasdaq under the ticker PSQL on 28 August 2026 through a $2 billion SPAC combination with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II, after publishing full-stack integration work that lets researchers request quantum time through the Slurm HPC scheduler on Italy's Leonardo supercomputer. Its first results as a listed company, for the first half of 2026, showed revenue of €4.9 million, an operating loss of €59.2 million, and about €312.9 million in cash after the deal closed. It also coordinates Q-PLANET, a €50 million Chips JU pilot line with 28 partners that began building chip-scale lasers, atom chips, and vapour cells in October 2026 and plans to publish open design kits for neutral-atom components.
