Pasqal is a French quantum-computing company building neutral-atom processors, one of five hardware bets France backs under its €500 million PROQCIMA programme. In June 2026 it agreed to go public via a $2 billion SPAC combination with Bleichroeder Acquisition Corp. II, raising €340 million with a Nasdaq listing expected in H2 2026. It also published full-stack integration work letting researchers request quantum time through the Slurm HPC scheduler, already running on Italy's Leonardo supercomputer.
