Xiver is the former Philips MEMS foundry at High Tech Campus Eindhoven, carved out to Dutch investors including Cees Meeuwis in January 2025. It makes integrated photonic chips, infrared sensors, medical imaging parts, and thin-film products. In October 2026 it took €28 million in senior debt from ABN Amro as part of a €55 million investment programme that includes an ASML DUV lithography system.
