VSMC (VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company) is a 60:40 joint venture of Taiwan's Vanguard International Semiconductor and NXP, running a 300 mm specialty chip fab in Singapore on TSMC-licensed 40 to 130 nm processes. The USD 7.8 billion fab opened in September 2026 with its capacity already booked, and the partners are weighing a second phase.
