VoltR is a battery remanufacturer from Angers, founded in 2022, that tests cells taken from used lithium batteries and rebuilds them into new packs for power tools, micromobility and storage. More than 20,000 of its batteries are on the market.
In October 2026 it secured €22 million, €16 million in equity from Bpifrance's SPI fund and Decathlon PULSE plus €6 million in grants, to raise production capacity sixfold within two years.
