Uplift360 is a Bristol-founded startup that chemically regenerates carbon fibre and aramid recovered from retired aircraft — including Eurofighter Typhoon components — back to virgin-fibre performance via its ChemR process. It raised a €7.4 million seed in 2026 backed by the NATO Innovation Fund, with customers including Rolls-Royce, Babcock and Leonardo, and in July signed a multi-year materials-supply framework with Luxembourg's Directorate of Defence, part of NATO's materials-sovereignty push moving into production contracts.
