Undecimal Bio is a spin-out of Eleven Therapeutics, with labs at the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute and a team in Tel Aviv. Its DELiveri platform screens large ligand libraries, using cells as sensors and AI to read the results, to find conjugates that carry siRNA drugs beyond the liver. It raised an $18 million seed round in October 2026, co-led by 4BIO Capital and IQ Capital, and is starting in renovascular disease.
