TV4 is a Swedish commercial broadcaster based in Stockholm. In October 2026 the finished edit of its reality series The Challenge Sverige was lost about five weeks before its 22 November premiere, which moved to 2027. Aftonbladet reported, citing unnamed sources, that the production company had given an AI agent server access and the agent deleted the season; TV4's head of programmes Mia Lindqvist denied this and the broadcaster called it a technical failure.
