TEKEVER builds AI-enabled surveillance drones, from the modular AR3 to the long-endurance AR5, along with the sensors, communications, and ground software around them. Headquartered in Portugal with operations in the UK, France, Ukraine, Estonia, and the US, it employs more than 1,500 people. In September 2026 it closed the first $580 million of a Series D at a $6.4 billion valuation, led by Baillie Gifford and UC Investments, shortly after the British Army chose the AR5 for its CORVUS programme.
