TechWolf is a Ghent company, founded in 2018, whose AI maps the skills inside a company's workforce from the work people already do. It raised more than $50 million, including from SAP, ServiceNow and Workday, and employs over 120 people.
In October 2026 SAP agreed to buy it for an undisclosed sum, which TechWolf calls the largest acquisition of a venture-backed software company in Belgian history. SAP plans to use its skills graph to ground Joule, its HR agent; the deal should close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
