Swarmer builds vendor-agnostic autonomy software that lets one operator command hundreds of drones at once, with swarms of up to 690 aircraft and more than 100,000 combat missions flown in Ukraine since April 2024. Founded in 2023 out of Ukraine, it is now headquartered in Austin and chaired by Erik Prince. In September 2026 it agreed to buy the Kyiv ground robot maker Ratel Robotics for up to $224 million.
