Skeleton Technologies is a Tallinn company, founded in 2009, that makes supercapacitors from its own Curved Graphene material and pairs them with power electronics. Its systems smooth the millisecond load swings of GPU clusters, grids and defence systems. In October 2026 a nine-figure round led by Siemens valued it above $1 billion, with the money going mainly to US manufacturing and Silicon Valley R&D ahead of a US listing planned for 2027.
