SeeTrue Technologies builds ultra-low-power eye-sensing hardware and computer vision software from Joensuu in eastern Finland, where it was founded in 2018 out of the University of Eastern Finland. Its argument is that eye tracking in smart glasses is a power budget problem rather than an accuracy one, and that the sensing has to shrink far enough to become invisible to the wearer. In August 2026 it raised €2.2 million led by ZEISS Ventures, with Superhero Capital, the North Karelia Growth Fund managed by Redstone Nordics, and its founding angels.
