Salesforce is the San Francisco customer-software company behind the Agentforce AI agent platform. On 19 October 2026 it announced a $1 billion investment in Spain over five years as it opened a new Madrid headquarters, paying for forward-deployed engineers who build agent systems with Spanish customers and a centre where graduates from across EMEA train for a year. The Community of Madrid already uses Agentforce on the help desk for its public employees.
