Ratel Robotics

Ratel Robotics builds uncrewed ground vehicles in Kyiv for battlefield logistics, casualty evacuation, reconnaissance, de-mining and strike missions, and has supplied Ukrainian forces since 2023. It holds NATO stock numbers and took roughly 37% of Ukraine's UGV spending in the first four months of 2026. Swarmer agreed to acquire the company, and its 300 staff, for up to $224 million in September 2026.
