Qualitas Energy is a Madrid investment and asset management platform for renewables, storage, and energy transition infrastructure, founded in 2006 and running around 11 GW of operational and development-stage assets across Europe, Chile, and the United States. In September 2026 it signed to acquire Cero Generation, the 5.8 GW European solar and storage producer Macquarie built in 2021, through its Qualitas Energy Fund VI.
