Praven Intelekt was a Sofia legal-tech company that built one of Bulgaria's first AI platforms for legal professionals, covering research, document analysis, and drafting. A team of five founded in 2025 by Siyanna Lilova, Rangel Milushev, and Christian Tsanov, it reached 19,000 registered users on a database of nearly 1.2 million Bulgarian legal documents drawn from 18 official sources. Italy's Lexroom acquired it in September 2026, with Lilova becoming Lexroom's Head of Central and Eastern Europe.
