Pandektes is a Copenhagen legal research company that collects and structures legislation, court decisions and administrative rulings, competing with incumbents such as LexisNexis, Westlaw, Beck and Karnov. It serves more than 500 customers in Denmark, Germany and Switzerland.
In October 2026 it raised a €13.5 million Series A led by Alstin Capital, after sixfold revenue growth in a year. It plans to expand across Europe and North America and sell its data to other legal AI builders through an API.
