Novartis is a Swiss multinational pharmaceutical company. In July 2026 it agreed to acquire cancer biotech Myricx Bio — spun out of Imperial College London and the Francis Crick Institute — for up to $1.5 billion, with $1.1 billion upfront. Myricx's lead antibody-drug conjugates target B7-H3 and HER2 across solid tumours, a deal underscoring continued acquirer appetite for differentiated ADC science out of Europe.
