It was founded in late 2024 by three former Revolut executives, CEO Mark Swan, Philipp Burda and Ivan Chalov. In October 2026 it raised a $70 million Series B led by EQT Ventures, with Charles Schwab and Nik Storonsky's QuantumLight joining, bringing total funding to $110 million.
