Nebius is an Amsterdam-listed AI cloud company that launched a Physical AI Living Lab with NVIDIA in June 2026, giving British and European robotics startups six months of access to NVIDIA Cosmos world foundation models, Isaac Sim/Lab and Blackwell GPUs. The programme targets a specific bottleneck: early robotics teams can build strong models but struggle to assemble the simulation, synthetic-data and compute pipeline needed to reach deployment.
