Merantix is a Berlin AI venture builder whose Merantix Capital closed a €103 million fund in June 2026, more than triple its first vehicle. Half the capital funds founders it incubates from pre-idea stage at its Berlin AI Campus, the rest direct pre-seed and seed deals. The thesis is deliberately narrow — AI applied to logistics, manufacturing, energy, healthcare and robotics rather than horizontal model building — with LPs including Jungheinrich and Union Investment.
