Kelluu is a Finnish deep-tech company building and operating autonomous hydrogen-powered airships for persistent aerial surveillance. In April 2026 it closed a €15 million Series A led by the NATO Innovation Fund — the fund's first investment in a Finnish company. Its fleet has logged over 50,000 kilometres including twelve-hour Arctic missions through GNSS jamming, and the round also funds Kelluu AI Labs to build geospatial foundation models from that data.
