ITM Isotope Technologies Munich produces lutetium-177 and other medical radioisotopes, supplying nuclear medicine in more than 65 countries, and develops radiopharmaceuticals of its own. The FDA rejected its lead candidate ITM-11, for gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumours, in August 2026 over manufacturing issues at a third-party facility. In September 2026 Australia's Telix Pharmaceuticals agreed to buy it for $1.65 billion upfront plus up to $700 million in milestones.
