ICEYE is a Finnish operator of synthetic-aperture-radar (SAR) satellites and the largest spacetech raise Europe has produced. In June 2026 it raised over €1 billion at a valuation above €10 billion, on the back of €250M+ revenue and €100M+ EBITDA in 2025 and a contracted backlog over €1.5 billion. Seven European governments buy sovereign access to its constellation, which is scaling from 50 towards a target of 100 satellites a year by 2028, making it the backbone of NATO-adjacent satellite surveillance. In August 2026 the €5 billion Scaleup Europe Fund, set up by the European Commission and managed by EQT, chose ICEYE for its first ever investment, co-leading the €1 billion Series F.
