Highland Europe is a growth-stage technology investment firm that spun out of Highland Capital Partners in 2012 to back European software, internet and mobile companies, operating from London and Geneva. It typically writes cheques of €20 million to €75 million into businesses with proven revenue.
In July 2026 it closed Fund VI at €1.1 billion, taking its total raised since 2012 to roughly €3.75 billion. The fund followed a year in which the firm converted more than $1.1 billion of portfolio value into cash through the $3 billion sale of Nexthink, the agreed acquisition of Huel by Danone, and the Nasdaq listing of Bending Spoons.
