H Company builds action-oriented AI agents that operate a computer on a user's behalf, browsing and completing transactions for enterprise clients. Founded in Paris in 2023 by Charles Kantor and four Google DeepMind researchers, it raised a USD 220 million seed in May 2024, then the largest in Europe.
All five founders have since left. Kantor was removed as CEO during VivaTech 2025, and chief technical officer Laurent Sifre joined Microsoft's Paris AI research team in September 2026. Gautier Cloix, formerly head of Palantir France, now runs the company around deployment engineers embedded with clients.
