Greenly is a Paris company that sells carbon accounting software, letting businesses measure, report, and reduce emissions across their own operations and their supply chains. In September 2026 it acquired the Stockholm carbon accounting firm Normative for EUR 64.7 million, combining two of the larger emissions datasets in the sector. The merged company targets EUR 50 million of software ARR within three years, up from EUR 30 million. It is the fourth consolidation deal in carbon accounting this year, in a market the CSRD Omnibus made smaller.
