Golbriak Space is a Tallinn company, with an Italian holding company, that builds laser communication terminals for satellites (ERMESAI+) and aircraft (ARES). Its terminals depend less on the host platform's pointing, so several can fly on one vehicle. In October 2026 it raised a €4 million seed round co-led by Join Capital and PhotonVentures, and says it is negotiating programmes for several thousand units with deployments from 2027.
