FuVeX develops, manufactures, and operates long-range drones for civil and defence use, combining unmanned aircraft with operational systems and AI analytics to automate inspection and monitoring of critical infrastructure. Founded in Navarre in 2013 by Carlos Matilla, it raised an oversubscribed €3 million round in August 2026 with SODENA, SEGO Venture, and Izertis Ventures, plus €400,000 from Spain's CDTI for a defence research project. The money is meant to carry it from civil inspection work into European and Latin American defence and security markets.
