Fram Wind Solutions is a Norwegian floating wind developer. In October 2026 state agency Enova awarded it NOK 1.94 billion for two 18.5 MW floating turbines at the METCentre demonstration site off Karmøy. The project is meant to test foundations, mooring and construction methods that lower floating wind costs.
