Enerparc

Enerparc is a Hamburg solar developer, builder, and independent power producer founded in 2008, with roughly 500 projects and 5.5 GW built across Germany, Spain, France, Portugal, India, and Australia. It filed for insolvency at the Hamburg local court in September 2026, six months after announcing a EUR 1 billion financing package for solar and battery growth; a court appointed restructuring specialist Stefan Denkhaus as provisional administrator on 7 September. The filing covers the parent company only, and the project companies continue to operate.
