Cycloid is a Paris company building internal developer portals, founded in 2015 by Benjamin Brial and Julien Bille. In September 2026 it was selected as the developer-facing interface for the European Commission's EUR 180 million, six-year sovereign cloud framework, giving up to 5,000 Commission developers one portal across Post Telecom, STACKIT, Scaleway, and Proximus. Being a pre-approved supplier through the Commission's DIGIT software broker lets other EU public bodies buy it on negotiated terms. It has raised EUR 8 million in total, including a EUR 5 million Series A led by Reflexion Capital.
