ChapsVision is a French data-intelligence firm, with over 1,000 staff and roughly EUR200 million in 2024 revenue, that in June 2026 replaced Palantir inside the DGSI, France's domestic intelligence service. The switch reversed a renewal signed only in December and followed Germany's BfV making the same move in May, marking two national intelligence agencies dropping the same US vendor within two months. By August 2026 chief executive Olivier Dellenbach was warning that a wider European move away from Palantir would stall unless governments turn digital sovereignty into sustained public procurement rather than rhetoric.
