Brenus Pharma is a Lyon-based biotech developing an off-the-shelf immuno-oncology platform for solid tumours that resist most existing immunotherapies. Its lead programme, STC-1010, targets microsatellite-stable metastatic colorectal cancer, a form that lacks the genetic instability other immune drugs rely on. In July 2026 the company extended its Series A by €11 million, taking total funding to €38 million, to complete the Phase I trial for STC-1010 and advance its next candidate.
