Baltic Power is a 1.2 GW offshore wind farm under construction in the Baltic Sea near Choczewo, Poland, owned 51% by Orlen and 49% by Northland Power. On July 10, 2026 it delivered the country's first-ever electricity generated from offshore wind, with 54 of its 76 turbines installed and commercial operations targeted for later in the year. It is Poland's first offshore wind project, built to power around 1.5 million households in a country whose grid still leans heavily on coal.
