ALLOX is a drug discovery company spun out of Barcelona's Centre for Genomic Regulation. Its platform measures the effect of thousands of mutations on a protein at once to map the sites that govern folding and binding, a method co-founder Ben Lehner's lab published in Nature in 2022. In October 2026 it raised a EUR 9.4 million seed round led by Asabys, with Spain's CDTI and the Catalan public lender ICF joining, to take its preclinical allosteric inhibitor ALX-001 and three further programmes forward.
