AlixLabs is a Lund equipment developer working on atomic layer etch pitch splitting, a process that divides one patterned line into two to double pattern density with fewer steps than multiple patterning. In October 2026 it began a six-month evaluation in the NanoIC EU Chips Act pilot line at Imec, after potential customers asked for full-wafer validation.
