Airtable is a San Francisco company selling a spreadsheet-database hybrid used to build internal business applications without code. It raised $735 million in late 2021 at an $11.7 billion valuation, near the peak of the software funding cycle. In August 2026 it agreed to be acquired by the Milan-listed Bending Spoons in an all-cash deal worth about $2.25 billion including cash on the balance sheet, against annual recurring revenue of roughly $480 million growing over 20 percent year on year.
