3E is a Belgian renewable energy software and advisory firm, spun out of the research centre imec in 1999. Its SynaptiQ platform monitors solar, wind and battery assets, and it does yield assessments and technical due diligence. In October 2026 Hg took a majority stake from India's ReNew, with Galvanize Climate Solutions as a minority investor.
